We require dedicated and friendly volunteers to answer incoming calls from people requesting emergency assistance. You will be required to update client records and place requests.
This position requires volunteers to have excellent communication and written skills. The call centre is extremely busy we can receive between 200 - 250 calls per day. Volunteers will be required to commit to a minimum of one shift per week.
Call Centre operational hours: 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday (closed public holidays) Call Centre volunteers are required between 8.45am - 1.15pm.

Minimum age requirement is 18 years
A police check is required which will organised and paid for by the Society when the volunteer application form is received.
