Avalon is a very unique centre, run entirely by volunteers, that aims to meet unmet needs in the community; providing affordable housing for the homeless; people who are disadvantaged; have a disability, mental illness and the list goes on. We have a Drop-in Day, distribution of clothing and bedding to the homeless and we also offer individual support whenever possible. We are looking for someone who is keen to help in our office with administrative tasks. Role will involve help with email correspondence, phone messages and generally helping out in our little office in whatever capacity. (Xero, Mac experience etc appreciated )
