Cafe Attendant - Relief

As well as counter service and till operation, some assisting with table service is also required for patrons with mobility issues. Must be able to work in a team environment
- On the first shift the start of day duties will be to set out mugs and tea and coffee supplies including milk jugs; Check with kitchen staff regarding the available cakes, sandwiches, pastries, quiches etc and adjust cake list and signage as necessary; Regularly check coffee machine and keep clean; Check milk supplies, water level and supply of cups.
- The second shift duties at the end of the day will entail stocking the fridge with water and cool drinks; top up tea and coffee supplies; fold serviettes and place between side plates; ensure work benches are left in a clean and tidy state.
