Our dedicated volunteers are part of Silver Chain's Palliative Care Service which consists of nurses, doctors, social workers, care aides & spiritual care workers.

Our volunteers are provided with training and are valued members of our team.

This role is not suited to those seeking a short term, work experience or student placement.

The volunteer role requires a minimum time commitment of 4 hours per week.

Essential criteria: ·         Empathetic & caring nature ·         Reliable & punctual ·         Life experience & maturity ·         Current unrestricted driver's licence ·         Access to a reliable, registered & insured vehicle
