We are looking for someone who can drive residents of the village in our 20 seater bus. Trips vary from shopping runs to half day outings. (LR license or above)

• Shopping trips on Monday, Thursday and Fridays 8.30am-12pm
• Driving outings on Tuesday and Thursdays (Driving only, residents do not exit the bus)

Benefits: Satisfaction of assisting the aged in the community, gaining customer service skills, meeting new people and a feeling of belonging to an organisation. One on one care, and group work development. Great end of year celebrations.

Training: Driver orientation with a current Evergreen Life Care Driver, mobile phone usage, safe practices for therapy and working with dementia residents, induction of Policies and Procedures. Mandatory Inhouse training provided annually.

Notes: LR or above drivers licence, be moderately fit to assist residents and their shopping on & off the bus. Trial period, willingness to do more trips on request.
