St David's Neighbourhood Centre is seeking an outgoing volunteer to assist with our CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH CLASS. This vibrant group meets every Monday morning from 10.00am to 12.00pm (during Term time) to work on their conversation, speaking and comprehension skills, as well as to learn more about Australian culture.

Your role as a volunteer facilitator is to plan and prepare resources for lessons, undertake English tutoring and provide engaging activities for the group such as watching videos, reading newspaper clippings, even cooking or going on outings! We are looking for a volunteer to join the team, so being able to work well with others is important. This role is based in a busy Neighbourhood Centre so applicants must be flexible and understanding of diversity.
