Nakuru Hope has just chosen a new donor database, Infoodle and we want to build the foundations properly now, while our data is manageable. We are looking for someone to take that on.

You do not need to be a fundraiser, but you need to be good with systems and careful with detail.

What you would do

• Review what is already in Infoodle and set it up correctly
• Work with Infoodle's support team, and watch their help videos where needed
• Set up groups, bequests and corporate supporter records
• Import data from Raisely and other sources
• Reconcile Infoodle against Xero and run reports
• Set up receipt templates and issue receipts
• Write a simple user handbook or set of procedures, so anyone who follows can use the system the same way

Once it is running, there is ongoing work. You would help the CEO with data and reporting to support our fundraising as we grow.

Who we are looking for

• Experience with Infoodle or a similar CRM, or a database administrator who learns systems quickly
• Familiarity with Xero or bookkeeping reconciliation
• Attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
• Clear, plain writing for the handbook
