Salesforce CRM Administrator
Kintsugi Heroes is an Australian not-for-profit organisation that shares real-life stories of adversity, resilience, recovery and hope through podcasts, books, community projects, workshops and events. Our mission is helping people tell the stories they need to share, so that people can find the stories they need to hear.
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Administrator to help us maintain, support and enhance our Salesforce environment as our organisation and activities continue to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and maintaining our Salesforce CRM.
- Managing users, permissions, fields, objects and configurations.
- Maintaining data quality, integrity and consistency.
- Developing and improving reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshooting issues and supporting team members.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
- Implementing agreed system enhancements.
- Documenting processes, configurations and changes.
- Providing guidance and basic training to Salesforce users.
- Helping ensure Salesforce continues to meet KH's evolving operational and reporting needs.
About you
You will have practical Salesforce administration experience and be comfortable working independently in a collaborative, largely volunteer-based environment. Salesforce Administrator certification would be highly regarded but is not essential. Experience with Salesforce for a not-for-profit or community organisation would also be an advantage.
We're looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills and an interest in using technology to make a positive social impact.
Why volunteer with Kintsugi Heroes?
You'll have the opportunity to apply your Salesforce expertise to a growing purpose-driven organisation, work with a committed team, contribute ideas and help develop systems that support our future growth.
Your contribution will have impact well beyond CRM administration. Better systems enable our volunteers to spend more time capturing, preserving and sharing stories that build connection, understanding, resilience and hope.
The role is primarily remote, approximately 4–6 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements. We are ideally seeking someone able to make an ongoing commitment of at least six months.
To apply, please include a brief summary of your Salesforce experience, including any relevant certifications and examples of Salesforce administration or enhancement work you have undertaken.
