At Save Animal Now, we’re building an innovative national platform that connects people who find injured or distressed wildlife with the nearest rescuers, organisations, and volunteers who can help. We’ve proven the model works — now we’re scaling it across the country, and we need your help to make it happen.

Key Duties

Assist with data entry, record keeping, and updating our national rescue databases

Help onboard new rescue groups, volunteers, and partner organisations

Maintain contact lists, location data, and admin

Identify opportunities to improve workflows and systems as we expand nationally

Skills & Experience

Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Confident using spreadsheets and online tools (or eager to learn)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Passionate about animal welfare and meaningful, purpose-driven work

Interest in learning AI or automation tools for admin and data (optional)
