Grants Coordinators/Writers/Admin Support

Help Us Change Lives Across Victoria
Have you ever wanted to use your professional skills to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability?
At C2A, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling, connected, and empowered life. Every day, our team supports people with disability to achieve their goals, build independence, and participate fully in their communities.
We're looking for a couple of passionate and experienced Volunteer Grants Coordinators/Writers to help us secure the funding that makes this life-changing work possible.
The Opportunity
The funding we secure through grants directly supports the services, programs, equipment, and opportunities that make a difference to the people we support. By helping us secure these opportunities, you'll be helping to create brighter futures and stronger communities.
What You'll Do
Working closely with our CFO and Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us grow our impact by:
- Identifying grant opportunities and funding streams
- Researching and drafting compelling grant applications
- Using AI tools to assist with research, drafting content, analysing funding opportunities, and improving application quality
- Coordinating information and documentation required for applications
- Working closely with our leadership team to tell the stories and demonstrate the outcomes that matter
About You
We're looking for people who bring:
- Experience in grant writing and/or tender submissions
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms to support research and content development
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting community services and people with disability
What We Can Offer You
- The opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of people with disability
- Flexible volunteering arrangements, with 1-3 days per week and working hours that suit your lifestyle
- A welcoming and supportive team environment where your contribution is genuinely valued
- The chance to become part of our organisation and see first hand the impact your work creates
- A dedicated support office on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, where you're welcome to work alongside our team and immerse yourself in our mission
Make Your Skills Matter
The grants and funding you help secure won't simply support programs. They'll create opportunities, build inclusion, strengthen communities, and help people with disability achieve their aspirations.
If you'd like to use your skills to support a cause that truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.
To express your interest, please contact our People & Culture team at [email protected] or 1300 111 212.
Together, we can create opportunities, change lives, and build a more inclusive community.
