Appointment of Treasurer for iGen Foundation Ltd
The iGen Foundation is seeking a Director to be the Treasurer of the organisation.
The Board seeking a director who:
- Has a strong understanding of the organisation’s mission
- Clear strategic thinking, including alignment with the organisation’s direction, team structure, and governance responsibilities
- Timely and effective communication with the fellow board members and stakeholders
- Transparency and effectiveness in overseeing board projects and matters, ensuring the board remains focused on strategic rather than operational issues due to time constraints
- Appropriate credentials, financial and governance experience, and leadership capability required for the role of Director
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with all board directors to develop board portfolios and their teams
- The ability to grow revenue and manage and report on the financials for the board, and strategic financial relationships for the organisation
- Availability (in person or remote) and a willingness to commit to a hands-on leadership role (at least in the first year) to help drive the organisation forward.

Director Due-Diligence Assessment
Before appointment, the Board will conduct due diligence to ensure any candidate is eligible and suitable.

Board Decision
Following assessment, the Board will:
- Approve appointment until ratified at the next AGM
- Approve for a term period in accordance with the Constitution
- Decline appointment
