PRECI is looking for a volunteer with experience in Learning Management Systems, particularly Moodle, to help us build and maintain an online learning space for early childhood intervention professionals and researchers across Australia.

What you'll bring:

• Hands-on experience administering or building courses in Moodle (or a comparable LMS) — course setup, user enrolment, course structure and navigation
• Expertise uploading and organising a range of content types: recorded webinars, slide decks, readings, quizzes, and certificates of completion
• Understanding of how to set up self-paced vs. facilitated course structures, and basic progress tracking/reporting
• An eye for accessibility and user experience — content needs to be easy to navigate for a busy, non-technical professional audience
• Nice to have: experience with SCORM packages, badges/certificates for CPD purposes, or integrating an LMS with a website (e.g. WordPress) or membership platform

What you'll do:

• Support PRECI to set up an understand how to use an LMS as quickly and effectively as possible.
• EG. Help set up and structure new courses or update current courses
• Manage user access and troubleshoot basic member login/enrolment issues
• Set up quizzes, completion tracking, or CPD certificates where needed
• Suggest improvements to course design and the overall learning experience
• Keep the platform tidy and up to date as new content is added

Professional and Researchers in Early Childhood Intervention (PRECI) is an Australian research-to-practice peak body focussed on outcomes for young children with developmental concerns, delay or disability. PRECI was established as a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee in June 2022. PRECI's is a registered charity with the ACNC. PRECI done not receive any funding and is volunteer run.
