Having a visitor greatly enhances the quality of life of people living in aged care who may be lonely and isolated.

Volunteering for the Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme is as rewarding for the volunteer as it is for the recipient.

You will be provided with training and information and supported by a Coordinator to understand your role as a new friend.

We also provide social events with our team of volunteers.

Police check is required but paid for by ACVVS.
