Volunteer NDIS Policy and Documentation Officer

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
LifeLinkConnect Ltd is seeking an experienced volunteer to work alongside our Director to prepare the policies, procedures, supporting documents and forms required for our NDIS provider registration application.
YOUR ROLE:
You will work in person at our East Victoria Park office, directly alongside our Director, who will lead the process, make organisational decisions and review and approve the final documents.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with policies and procedures covering human resource management, incident management, complaints management and risk management.
- Developing supporting forms, registers, checklists and templates.
- Reviewing existing documents and identifying gaps or inconsistencies.
- Preparing clear responses and supporting evidence for the NDIS application.
- Maintaining consistent formatting, document control and organized evidence files.
- Assisting with final quality checks before submission.
- Helping ensure documents are practical, clear and aligned with relevant NDIS requirements.
This is a temporary project focused on completing the registration documentation.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience preparing NDIS registration, verification or disability-sector compliance documentation.
- An understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and evidence requirements.
- Strong policy, procedure and professional writing skills.
- Experience creating forms, registers, checklists and supporting records.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Word and organising electronic documents.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work under the Director’s guidance.
- Availability to attend our East Victoria Park office in person.
Previous experience preparing an NDIS verification evidence pack would be highly regarded.
