Admin support coordinator

We are looking for an experienced admin coordinator to manage key administrative tasks of the Global Prisons Infectious Diseases Network. This not-for profit Network which is managed from Australia connects clinical researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and advocates who are committed to preventing and treating the major infectious diseases affecting people in prisons worldwide. The Network facilitates knowledge exchange and translation of research findings, and promotes advocacy for changes to policy and practice for the sector globally.
The tasks associated with this role include managing (with suitable support): i) regular communication with members, partner organisations, and Executive Committee; ii) participate in preparation of key documents such as project proposals and reports; iii) event planning for the annual conference and webinars; and iv) maintenance of the website.
Skills and experience in office management are desirable.
A background in non-governmental or corporate organisations is also desirable.
