Get Around Caboolture is a community-driven NFP working to make transport in Caboolture and Morayfield easier, safer, and more reliable for everyone—whether they drive, walk, cycle, or use public transport. We believe everyone deserves the freedom to get where they need to go, and we share local stories through our Streets and People podcast, social media, and community events to make that happen.

The Role: Social Media Assistant

Help us amplify local voices and spark conversations about transport in our community. As our Social Media Champion, you’ll play a key role in sharing stories, promoting events, and connecting with residents—all while building your own skills in digital communication.

• No advanced experience is needed—just a passion for analytics and strategy. We’re looking for someone who:
• Enjoys understanding patterns from the analytics
• Wants to create a strategy for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Is friendly, respectful, and reliable—able to represent our group positively online.
• Wants to learn and grow in digital communication.
