Clerical Assistant

Key Responsibilities: • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management • Assist with email correspondence and basic communications • Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings or station activities • Assist with reception duties such as greeting visitors or answering enquiries • Help with preparation of reports, forms, and internal documents • Strong computer skills across common applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email systems) • Basic organisational and time management skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Previous administrative experience
