Position Description:

At GCG Headquarters, the Impact & Development Associate will support the collection and analysis of feedback through surveys and other methods, translating insights into actionable outcomes to improve programs while acting as a key contact for impact-related matters and supporting learning and development initiatives.

In this role, you will:

Data Collection & Survey Engagement: Support the delivery of impact and development surveys while driving participation to gather meaningful feedback.

Insights & Evaluation: Analyse feedback from surveys, interviews, and observations to generate insights that inform decision-making.

Stakeholder Support & Escalation: Act as a branch-level contact for impact-related matters, collaborating with and escalating key findings to leadership.

To be a successful candidate, you will:

  • Be passionate about social impact
  • Be able to contribute 3-5 hours per week

Have at least one of the following:

  • Confident and enthusiastic with an interest in learning more about social impact measurement and learning and development.

  • An interest in data collection and visualisation as a way to understand needs, measure impact, and make strategic decisions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
