We are seeking an experienced and motivated Virtual Senior Admin Manager to lead and support a remote team of 15–20 volunteers within a growing community initiative.

This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing people in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and coordinate a team of 15–20 remote volunteers Oversee day-to-day administrative operations Delegate tasks and ensure accountability across the team Maintain clear communication and a positive team culture Assist in developing systems, processes, and workflows Monitor progress and report on team performance

What we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Confident communicator (written and verbal)
• Experience in administration, coordination, or team leadership (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fully virtual environment
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset
