Donor & Recipient Support Assistant

Assist with the review and coordination of donor applications • Support mums through the donation process, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication • Respond to email and phone enquiries from families interested in receiving donor milk • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping • Use our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage donor information and track progress • Maintain accurate notes and documentation using tools such as Google Docs • Handle occasional phone calls and follow-ups with sensitivity and professionalism • Where possible, assist with basic marketing activities, including social media and email newsletters, to help raise awareness of Mothers Milk Bank
