**First Aid Coordinator **

(Approx. 1–2 hours per week)

The First Aid Coordinator supports the club’s on‑field safety by ensuring first aid kits, supplies and procedures are in place across training and matchdays. This role helps coordinate first aid coverage, coordinating first aid training, supports volunteers with basic guidance, and assists with reviewing any first aid or injury‑related incidents.

**Safeguarding / Onboarding Coordinator **

(Approx. 3–4 hours per week at the start of the season)

The Safeguarding and Onboarding Coordinator supports new volunteers to join the club safely and confidently. This role helps coordinate onboarding steps such as checks, inductions and key information, and ensures safeguarding expectations are understood across junior and senior programs, particularly at the start of the season.

**Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) **

(Approx. 1–2 hours per month)

The Member Protection Information Officer is a first point of contact for members who have questions or concerns about behaviour, inclusion, discrimination or harassment. The role provides information about options and processes, supports respectful resolution, and escalates matters where required, in line with club and Football Victoria expectations.

**Privacy Officer **

(Approx. 1–2 hours per month)

The Privacy Officer supports the club to handle personal information responsibly. This role helps ensure personal data about players, families, volunteers and members is managed appropriately, supports good privacy practices, and provides guidance if privacy concerns or questions arise.

**Safeguarding Officer **

(Approx. 1–2 hours per month)

The Safeguarding Officer supports a safe, respectful and inclusive club environment, with a strong focus on child safety and wellbeing. This role assists with safeguarding awareness, supports appropriate responses to concerns, and works with the Board and volunteers to embed safe practices across club activities.
