WORK AND DEVELOPMENT ORDER SUPPORT VOLUNTEER

The Work Development Order(WDO) Support Volunteer assists eligible community members to apply for and participate in the Work and Development Order program, which allows people experiencing hardship to reduce their fines through approved activities such as unpaid work, counselling, courses, or treatment programs. The Volunteer will assess eligibility, complete application paperwork, submit the application to Revenue NSW through the WDO portal, track current WDOs, report on activity undertaken by the participant and follow up with the participant if there is limited engagement.
Volunteer must have : Good communication and interpersonal skills essential. Strong Administration and computer skills Ability to build rapport and provide support to people from disadvantaged backgrounds Ability to maintain confidentiality also essential
