About the Organisation The Lili Grace Foundation supports children living with Type 1 diabetes through advocacy, education, and community-based care. Our annual Lili Grace Foundation Ball is a key fundraising event that enables us to provide vital support to families in need.

About the Role We are looking for a committed and organised Administration Assistant (Volunteer) to support event planning and coordination in the weeks leading up to the Lili Grace Foundation Ball. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys admin tasks, loves organising information, and wants to play a meaningful part in delivering a successful fundraising event. The volunteer will work from now until the event date, primarily in the afternoons, for 2–3 sessions per week.

What You’ll Do Organise event documents, guest lists, seating plans, and vendor information Assist with email communication and follow‑ups Prepare volunteer materials, name tags, checklists, and event files Support logistics planning and scheduling Coordinate information between the event lead and partner teams Track RSVPs, payments, and sponsorship confirmations Help ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time

**Skills & Experience **(Not Essential but Helpful)

Strong admin or organisational skills Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, spreadsheets, documents) Good communication and follow-through Attention to detail and ability to stay organised Reliability and a positive, supportive attitude

Requirements Ability to volunteer 2–3 afternoons per week Commitment to volunteer until the event date Willingness to learn and support wherever needed Must be 18+
