The Youth Partnership's Interview Assurance Program puts students through a simulated real-life job interview conducted by industry professionals.

We are seeking experienced individuals to participate in a full-day program (Wednesday 9th September, 9:15am - 2:00pm), where volunteers can inspire and guide our younger generation as they prepare for their future careers.

As an interviewer your role is to:

• Conduct 15 minute mock interviews with students
• Provide each student with feedback on their interview skills.
• Provide each student with some “real world” interview tips based on your own experience and life learning.
• Objectively complete the evaluation form for each student with constructive feedback. These forms will be collected at the conclusion of the session.

Please note: all volunteers must have a current valid working with children check.
