WiNE is a volunteer-led network supporting women across North East Victoria to connect, learn, and lift each other up.

The heart of the role As our Fundraising & Grants Officer, you’ll help WiNE find and secure funding to support our initiatives, programs and community impact. Your main mission: spotting opportunities and helping us go after them.

What you’ll be doing Researching grants, sponsorships and other funding opportunities that align with WiNE’s values and activities

Flagging opportunities to the committee and helping prioritise what to apply for

Supporting or leading grant applications (depending on your skills and availability)

Keeping a record of applications, deadlines and outcomes

Bringing ideas to the table for creative or community-friendly fundraising opportunities

You won’t be doing this alone, you’ll work alongside a supportive committee who genuinely appreciate the time and skills you bring.

This role could be perfect for you if you:

• Have experience (or a strong interest) in grant writing, fundraising or sponsorship
• Enjoy research and spotting opportunities others might miss
• Are organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Care about women, community and creating positive local impact
• Like the idea of contributing your skills without the pressure of paid-work KPIs
