The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is promoting this opportunity on behalf of Amaroo Neighbourhood Centre Inc.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry / Transactions
- End of Month: Bank reconciliation monthly and prepare Board Report
- End of Month/Term: Prepare Hall Hire Invoices in MYOB and email
- End of Month/Term: Prepared NDIS Invoices in MYOB and email
- End of Quarter: Prepare BAS Statement processed through MYOB
- End of Quarter: Prepre PLSA
- End of Quarter: Prepare Superannuation through MYOB
- Before & After End of Year: Workcover
- Before & After End of Year: End of Payroll Year
- Do payroll runs fortnightly (incl. sick/annual leave)
Potential for this role to transition in the future to a paid role.
