In this role, you will:
- Support Marketing Strategy Development: Assist the General Manager of Marketing in planning GCG’s strategic marketing initiatives.
- Oversee GCG’s External Brand: Manage the external brand of GCG across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, GCG website, etc.)
- Support Branch Marketing Efforts: Liaise with university branches to support marketing efforts for events, recruitment and promotions.
- Analyse Engagement Data: Monitor and interpret performance metrics to improve marketing effectiveness.
To be a successful candidate, you will:
- Be passionate about social impact.
- Be able to contribute 2-3 hours per week.
- Be a university student or recent graduate who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Display strong communication and teamwork skills
- Have experience with Canva and campaign creation
- Have experience managing social media platforms
- Preferably have experience in marketing, particularly with branding development, keeping up with trending topics, search engine optimisation, and boosting post engagement.
