In this role, you will:

• Manage systems, data, and tools for operational coordination: Maintain records and access, support simple platform updates (no coding), and track actions across teams.
• Identify problems and improvement opportunities: Speak with students, Branch Presidents and HQ members to understand pain points and risks.
• Contribute to better processes: Help to design and implement practical solutions that make processes clearer and easier to follow.
• Create and maintain documentation: Develop and maintain clear guides and checklists to support consistent use of updated processes.

To be a successful candidate, you will:

• Be able to contribute 2-3 hours per week.
• Be a university student or recent graduate who is curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Be able to break down ambiguous problems and synthesise information into practical solutions.
• Be a clear communicator who can engage stakeholders and manage documentation, tasks, and follow-through effectively.
• Be interested in how organisations work and how processes can be improved (no technical or coding background required)
• Be proactive and values-aligned, with a strong sense of ownership and motivation.
