The Opportunity
We are seeking a Volunteer Operations Lead to help strengthen our governance and operational foundations.
This is not a legal advisory role. It is a coordination and accountability role — ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident liaising with professionals.
You will help ensure key legal and compliance matters progress smoothly and that the organisation maintains clear visibility over operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with solicitors to progress outstanding legal matters
- Track compliance requirements and maintain a simple governance calendar
- Maintain a clear tracker of operational tasks and deadlines
- Provide a concise monthly status summary to the Founder
- Identify and highlight gaps in operational processes
First 60 Days – What Success Looks Like
- Clear timelines established with solicitors
- All current legal and compliance matters documented
- Visible, measurable progress across outstanding items
- A simple, sustainable tracking system in place
Time Commitment
2–4 hours per week Fully remote and flexible
