Abyssinia Coffee is seeking Marketing Support Volunteers to assist our senior coffee team with day-to-day online marketing tasks. This role supports our digital presence by helping create and schedule content, engage with customers online, and keep our website and customer communications up to date. Volunteers will work remotely and collaborate with a senior coffee lead to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across channels CRM & Customer Communication

• Support social media CRM: reply to inquiries, track common questions, and route leads. • Organize customer contacts and basic segmentation (e.g., wholesale vs retail). • Help draft customer messages (DM templates, replies, FAQ responses). • Assist with email or newsletter preparation (if used).

Website Support • Update website content (announcements, products, pricing, photos, basic pages). • Check links, mobile layout, and ensure info is current (hours, contact details, ordering). • Assist with basic SEO hygiene (titles, descriptions, image alt text) when required.
