VoteGuard International Ltd is seeking volunteer Data Collectors to support the global implementation of its Electoral Fraud Treason-Risk Index (EFTRI) project. Multiple positions are available for individuals interested in gathering and mapping publicly available electoral fraud evidence.

EFTRI is a structured, non-accusatory framework assessing systemic electoral risks using publicly verifiable secondary sources.

Role: Data Collector (Volunteer)

Overview:

Data Collectors gather, organise, and document publicly available electoral evidence to support EFTRI research under the supervision of project leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect secondary data from sources: election reports, court judgments, observer reports, NGO/academic research, and credible media reports

• Map electoral irregularities to EFTRI indicators across seven electoral aspects

• Record and maintain accurate citations and references

• Flag uncertainties or gaps in the data

• Follow guidance from project leads and participate in peer review

Skills & Experience (Desired)

• Interest or background in law, political science, public policy, governance, or social research

• Strong analytical and information-gathering skills

• Attention to detail and evidence discipline

• Basic spreadsheet or database skills

• Ability to follow structured methodology

• No formal qualifications required

Ethical & Legal Standards

• Use only publicly available or consent-based information

• Follow EFTRI’s non-accusatory, systems-focused approach

• Avoid speculation, advocacy, or personal opinion

• Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity

Time Commitment & Remuneration

• Flexible, remote, and workload agreed based on availability

• Suitable alongside work or study

• Volunteer – unpaid
