Client Support:

Community Outreach:

  • Build and maintain relationships with community organisations, schools, and service providers.
  • Organise and participate in community events, workshops, and support groups.
  • Provide education and training to the community on issues related to family and child welfare.

Case Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients and adjust support plans as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Program Development:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs and services to support families and children.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Secure funding and resources to sustain and expand programs.

Collaboration and Networking:

  • Work collaboratively with other advocates, social workers, and service providers.
  • Participate in coalitions and networks to share resources and best practices.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings, conferences, and public forums.
