Advocate Coordinator

Client Support:
- Provide direct support and assistance to families and children facing various challenges.
- Conduct assessments to identify needs and develop individualised support plans.
- Connect clients with appropriate resources and services, such as housing, healthcare, and education.
Advocacy:
- Advocate for the rights and needs of families and children at local, state, and national levels.
- Develop and implement advocacy campaigns to raise awareness about key issues affecting families and children.
- Collaborate with policymakers and community leaders to influence policy changes.
Community Outreach:
- Build and maintain relationships with community organisations, schools, and service providers.
- Organise and participate in community events, workshops, and support groups.
- Provide education and training to the community on issues related to family and child welfare.
Case Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients and adjust support plans as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Program Development:
- Assist in the development and implementation of programs and services to support families and children.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Secure funding and resources to sustain and expand programs.
Collaboration and Networking:
- Work collaboratively with other advocates, social workers, and service providers.
- Participate in coalitions and networks to share resources and best practices.
- Represent the organisation at meetings, conferences, and public forums.
