This project will support analysing the factors of retention and attrition. Helping the organisation continue to improve choosing staff that will thrive supporting our clients.

The role involves reviewing cvs of staff we have hired in the last two years. Then noting if they have come from within the industry, what their qualifications are and the length of their last previous job. The role may also involve reviewing probation meeting summaries.
