This role requires:

• basic cooking (simple crowd favourites)
• coffee making
• some food prep
• keeping everything clean
• ideally towing the food trailer with a ute site to site (or at least working from a single site in Caulfield)
• Diploma in kitchen management (with ideally 2+ years experience), however Cert IV in kitchen management may be acceptable
