About the Role

QSA is seeking a volunteer Partnerships Manager to lead our work with corporate sponsors, community organisations, and sporting bodies. You will help QSA grow sustainably while staying true to our values of inclusion and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing partnerships.

• Build relationships with new supporters, sponsors, and collaborators.

• Coordinate partnership activations, reports, and outreach.

• Support fundraising efforts and sponsorship models aligned to QSA’s values.

About You

• Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or relationship management.

• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Understanding of LGBTQIA+ inclusion in sport.
