We are looking for multiple researchers to look into:

1. What research exists that defines the problem of: why are the incidents of mental health increasing, and why is the suicide rate increasing.
2. Why is the treatment available ineffective for so many people challenged by poor mental health
3. What solutions have been offered by other's to make treatments more effective

We are looking for senior researchers who have sound experience in researching complex topics. We are also looking for junior researchers willing to learn how to be a researcher.

All researchers will need to:

• be comfortable working remotely,
• be flexible to work on their own and in teams
• have excellent analysis and writing skills, being able to synthesize complex topics into board level documents, and social media posts
