Office Volunteer Opportunity (1–2 Days per Week)

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Office Volunteer to support our team on a regular basis. This role is ideal for a retiree, student, or anyone looking to give back while gaining meaningful experience in a supportive environment.

About the role:

1–2 days per week (hours are flexible)

Ideally available Monday, Tuesday or Friday

Phone-based support speaking with Type 1 diabetes families

Sending simple, pre-written email templates to businesses

Light administrative support

What we’re looking for:

Excellent English and communication skills

Confidence speaking on the phone

Comfortable using email and following templates

Warm, professional, and empathetic manner

Reliable and well organised
