Logistics Coordinator Into Loving Homes Foundation 2–4 hours per week | Remote | Volunteer Role

Into Loving Homes exists to keep animals out of shelters. Through ethical, home-to-home adoption, we ensure animals move directly from one loving home to another — staying safe, and cared for every step of the way. We’re now seeking a Volunteer Logistics Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. -

About the Role This is a flexible, remote volunteer position supporting the coordination and flow of our pet photography- we facility multiple photoshoots weekly of our animals needing adoption and post adoption. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring our animals have the required photography and videography that will help them and others to come be adopted. This role suits someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and making a meaningful difference with a small weekly time commitment.

Key Responsibilities Supporting logistics around photography and videography Coordinating information between the carer of the animal and the photographer/videographer Tracking processes and follow-ups Helping identify gaps or improvements in workflows Providing calm, solutions-focused support as needed

About You Organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently Strong written and phone communication skills Calm and compassionate approach Confident using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging platforms) Passionate about animal welfare and no shelter rehoming Previous logistics or coordination experience is helpful but not essential — training and guidance are provided.

Time Commitment 2–4 hours per week, flexible and remote.
