Volunteer Events Coordinator Keith’s Closet | Flexible Commitment | Community-Focused

Keith’s Closet is a not-for-profit charity supporting people accessing mental health services through dignity-led care and community connection. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Volunteer Events Coordinator to help bring our events, fundraisers and outreach initiatives to life.

This role is ideal for someone who loves planning, connecting people, and creating meaningful community experiences.

About the role

• Assist with planning and coordinating fundraising events, community days and outreach activations
• Liaise with volunteers, partners and suppliers
• Support event logistics including run sheets, set-up and pack-down
• Help promote events alongside our marketing team
• Attend events as needed to support smooth delivery

What we’re looking for

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Confident working independently and as part of a small team
• Friendly, calm and solutions-focused
• Event, hospitality or community experience is a bonus but not essential
