Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Keith’s Closet | Part-time / Flexible (Sydney-based preferred) Keith’s Closet is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people doing it tough by providing clothing, dignity and connection. We’re a small but mighty team with a big heart, and we’re looking for a creative, organised marketing all-rounder to help us grow our impact.
About the role We’re seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator who can bring our story to life, engage our community, and support partnerships and fundraising through thoughtful, consistent marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who loves purpose-led work, can work autonomously, and isn’t afraid to jump between strategy and hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule posts aligned with campaigns, events and weekly needs
- Support email marketing, newsletters and community updates
- Assist with brand partnerships, sponsorship decks and impact reporting
- Create simple graphics and assets (Canva experience essential)
- Help promote events, fundraising campaigns and key initiatives
- Track basic insights and suggest ways to improve engagement
- Manage and create content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn primarily)
About you
- Experience in marketing, communications or social media (paid or volunteer)
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual content
- Confident using Canva and social platforms
- Organised, proactive and able to manage your own time
- Passionate about community, mental health and social impact
- Experience in the not-for-profit space is a bonus, not a must
