Finance Officer

Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero.
- Process and review expenses on a weekly basis, ensuring all transactions are supported by appropriate documentation and comply with internal policies.
- Update Bank Rules monthly for recurring and event-specific transactions.
- Process and review monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and update the organisational budget in Xero.
- Manage user access permissions in Xero to ensure appropriate access controls.
- Maintenance of Chart of Accounts and Project Codes to enable effective reporting.

Education
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar finance or bookkeeping role
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel.

- Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organised with great communication skills.
