Pink Cross Foundation Australia is a survivor-founded not-for-profit organisation focused on education, digital awareness, and national advocacy addressing sexual exploitation, online harm, and coercive control.

Pink Cross delivers evidence-based courses, digital safety programs, and awareness initiatives that protect young people, empower women, and equip communities with practical tools. The organisation also provides trauma-informed therapeutic support through the Be Your Best (BYB) Clinic, offering guidance, referrals, and community connection.

Our mission is to promote safe, respectful human relationships and work toward a world free from commercial sexual exploitation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Pink Cross Foundation Australia is seeking an Operations Manager to support and strengthen the organisation during a critical growth phase.

This role is offered initially on a volunteer basis, with a clear pathway to senior operational leadership and paid employment as funding grows.

LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

This is an unpaid volunteer role initially.

• Strong performance in this role may lead to:

• Increased operational responsibility

• Formal leadership within the organisation

• Transition into a part-time paid operations role as funding increases

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and coordinate day-to-day organisational operations

• Assist with the delivery and management of education courses and content

• Support internal systems, documentation, and communications

• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and priorities across projects

• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements

• Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and execution

ABOUT YOU

You are:

• A female applicant, due to the lived-experience and service-user context of our work (Preferred)

• An Australian citizen or permanent resident

• Organised, reliable, and proactive

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Aligned with the mission and values of Pink Cross Foundation Australia

• Experience in one or more of the following is highly regarded:

• Online education or course delivery

• Survivor services, exploitation education, or related social impact work

• Advocacy, community education, or not-for-profit organisations

• Operations, administration, or project coordination
