Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for the position of Information Technology Manager. The IT Manager will oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure and technology needs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and troubleshooting systems and software, ensuring data security, and managing web platforms. The role also involves implementing technological strategies, providing technical support, ensuring smooth integration for virtual events, and recommending improvements to optimize the organization’s technological resources. Qualifications

Proficiency in IT system management, software troubleshooting, and general technical support Experience with website management, CRM or database administration, and cloud platforms Familiarity with data security protocols and backup processes Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Capability to work both collaboratively and independently in a remote environment A proactive approach to recommending and implementing new tools or technologies Prior experience in sports organizations or non-profit sectors is a bonus Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
