Focus: Data-Driven Insights & Social Impact Research
Role Overview
The Research & Development volunteer will play a key role in generating data-driven insights to inform SRf’s initiatives in peacebuilding, gender equity, and sustainability. The role involves gathering, analysing, and presenting data to guide evidence-based decision-making, develop impactful resources, and align SRf’s projects with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This role is ideal for analytical and socially conscious thinkers passionate about linking data, research, and real-world social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across SRf programs and initiatives.
- Compile insights on social impact trends, policy frameworks, and SDG linkages.
- Support Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) processes to assess project outcomes.
- Prepare research briefs, reports, and data for funding proposals and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate across teams to translate research findings into strategic recommendations.
- Develop practical outputs such as toolkits, e-handbooks, case studies, and journals to support program implementation and advocacy.
- Build an evidence base and pilot frameworks to scale SRf’s Super Naari initiative nationally and internationally.
