Focus: Digital Storytelling, Community Building & Engagement

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will help shape and grow SRf’s digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, creating impactful, story-driven content that amplifies our mission of peace, diversity, and sustainability. This role is ideal for creative communicators passionate about using digital platforms to drive social impact, inclusion, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across SRf’s social platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with SRf’s values and project milestones (e.g., Super Naari, Mahatma Peace Symposium).
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and communications teams to produce cohesive and visually engaging digital assets.
  • Actively monitor SRf’s social media channels, engage with followers, influencers, and partners, and respond to community interactions.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement rates, impressions, reach, clicks) using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Prepare weekly analytics reports and recommend optimisation strategies to enhance content reach and impact.
  • Conduct social listening and trend research to identify emerging opportunities, relevant hashtags, and influencers.
