Role Purpose

We are looking for a passionate YouTube Content & Repurposing Coordinator to help expand our digital presence. You will take our existing TikTok and Instagram videos, reformat and optimise them for YouTube, and implement a posting strategy that supports our charity’s growth and awareness.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Review our library of 50+ TikTok & Instagram videos.

Repurpose existing content into YouTube Shorts and suitable longer-form videos.

Edit content when needed (aspect ratio, captions, trimming, sequencing).

Optimise videos for YouTube using best practices (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions).

Develop and follow a strategic posting schedule to maximise visibility and engagement.

Track performance analytics and recommend improvements.

Work closely with the founder/marketing team to align content with campaign goals.
