Selection Criteria Applicants will have general level of skills and experience in some the following areas:

1. Governance
2. Strategic and Business Planning
3. Business performance (including the ability to understand financials) In addition to the above general Directorship skills:
4. Commitment to supporting the objectives of Myrtle Cottage
5. Interest in gaining skills and experience in corporate governance, strategy, risk and business performance
6. Board committee involvement
7. Leadership skills
