Wesley Volunteer Visitors connects volunteers with older Australians who are feeling isolated or lonely. Right now, Barry would love a male visitor who enjoys conversation and light outings. He’s a sociable man who likes crosswords, reading the paper, and getting out for a coffee.

Volunteering is simple but powerful—just one hour every fortnight can bring joy and companionship to someone who truly values it. Our volunteers often say they get as much out of the experience as they give, building genuine friendships along the way.

We’ll introduce you to Barry, provide training and ongoing support, and even host volunteer celebration events to thank you for making a difference.
