About the Role

The position of Data Reconciliation Specialist will support the IT division and work closely with the Applicant Support Analyst.

Key Tasks of the Position

This role is responsible for identifying, comparing, and consolidating duplicate or related data records within a system. It ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by applying advanced matching algorithms, merging duplicate entries, and maintaining a clean and unified dataset. This role often involves working with medium to large datasets, leveraging tools such as Boomi and technologies for data reconciliation and data cleansing, and collaborating with teams to optimize data quality processes.
