Wesley School for Seniors is looking for dedicated Administrative Volunteers to join our team in Sydney’s CBD.

This rewarding role goes beyond administrative tasks — it’s about fostering a sense of belonging, confidence, and social connection for our enthusiastic senior learners.

Duties and Skills

• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Data Entry & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Organisation & Time Management: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including classroom setup.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional assistance to students and visitors.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other volunteers and staff.
• Confidentiality: Handle personal information with discretion and care.

Your Commitment

• Fridays, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Volunteer during the four school terms (with breaks aligning to NSW school holidays).
• Our campus is conveniently located in Sydney’s CBD, near Town Hall and St James stations.
